JD:
  • Java web-based technologies. Liferay experience (7.x)/ Tomcat 9.0 and above, Spring MVC experience.
  • Experience with other app servers like JBoss, Glassfish etc.
  • Good knowledge of VM templates, CSS3, Responsive design.
  • Web caching technologies, server caching technologies. jQuery.
  • Working knowledge of angular and react is a good to have.
  • Good experience with SOAP and REST based services, hosting and consuming.
  • Good understanding of XML.
  • Should have a very good understanding of how web based applications work, end to end.
  • PLSQL Exposure : Our sites use both SQL Server and Oracle. while candidate won't be required to code so much in PLSQL, it will go a long way in understanding the app.
  • While this position is primarily a java based role, our platforms use a lot of different technologies and the candidate should be open to understanding these technologies.
  • Good Communication skills. We integrate with a lot of systems so candidate should be able to collaborate and work with other teams.
  • Ability to work with QA teams, business analysts, project managers and other technical teams.
  • Experience with working on production deployments, and technically supporting applications in production.
  • Be able to perform code reviews, and be able to design applications.
  • Web Development Experience. Hands on with Java, Spring MVC and front end Java script APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • The role is for gathering project status of the deliverables within the client data reference data space.
  • Key responsibilities would be to work with the delivery leads within the organization to gather project status, identify any key risks and promptly escalating any issues to management to ensure the health of the deliverables.

  • Gather status updates for the deliverables to management team pertaining to delivery, risks/issues and schedule.
  • Promptly escalate any risks to management team and drive the resolution of the issues.
  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, etc).
  • Participate in coordination discussions to establish priorities of deliverables.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology.
