We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting applications built using Angular and Java. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring application stability in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 production support for applications developed using Angular and Java
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
  • Analyze logs, debug code, and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
  • Support release deployments and post-deployment validation
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely incident resolution
