Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that create a supportive environment for clients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms and skills.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support, including managing trauma-related emergencies and facilitating immediate care strategies.
  • Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and resilience practices, empowering them with knowledge and resources.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.

Qualifications
