• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client concerns, focusing on fostering coping strategies and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to confidentiality standards and complies with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Experience working with substance abuse clients is highly preferred, as our detox center services may involve clients at various stages of recovery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy technology is advantageous for maintaining efficient client records and conducting virtual sessions.
• Previous experience in community mental health settings can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
