What You'll Contribute
As the Associate, Data Analytics you will support our analytics initiatives, working closely with the analytics team to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
  • Support the analytics team in conducting data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes.

What you have
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail analytics is preferred.

Preferred: Indicate "nice to haves" regarding education, skills, and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics or related field.
