Job description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people in your community? If so then we have an opportunity for you! Boys and Girls Club of Flagstaff is seeking a Teen Development Professional (TDP) to serve our middle and high school members. As a TDP you will, under the direct supervision of the Teen Development Professional Lead, help bring fun and engaging activities to our members while providing a safe nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow. Our TDPs are responsible for preparing our members for success by helping to develop and implement programs, while providing secondary site support at our facility.

Ideal Candidates will be 18 years of age or older with valid identification. Have previous experience working with youth and a willingness to work with children of all ages, and will have access to reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits

  • $18.35/hr
