Job description

Nurses Needed For After School Programs

Elmhurst CUSD 205 is seeking a caring and skilled group of nurses to support students with unique medical needs during after school programs. This role ensures that students can safely participate in athletic and enrichment activities by receiving the health support they need outside of the regular school day. Responsibilities include providing medical support and monitoring for students with identified health needs during before and after school hours. Administer medications, treatments, and other health-related procedures as outlined in student health plans. Respond to health concerns, injuries, or emergencies promptly and appropriately. Communicate with parents, school health staff, and program staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and confidential health records related to before/after school programming.
