Essential Functions:
  • Receive, organize, and store on site deliveries to the designated storage locations. This includes driving a box truck between the headquarters, EPCOT and other sites for delivery.
  • Drives Pavilion vehicles, as necessary. Understands load limits.
  • Operates pallet jacks & understands correct load movement procedures.
  • Transfer items between our different sites as needed and keep records
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Must follow FIFO guidelines
  • Monitors & responds to radio communications for requested item deliveries.
  • Package items from our retail store using PPU/HD (WDW free delivery services).
  • Ensures products received are of good quality and verifies order, including maintaining receiving records.
  • Assists with inspection of backstage areas of operations and reports any maintenance deficiencies.
  • Cleans and maintains designated backstage and onstage areas.
  • Provide support needed or assigned by a Business Support Manager. Works as a part of the team to accomplish tasks as needed and directed.
  • Continuous improvement by evaluating processes improves operational safety, quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Interact and provide solutions when having instructions with park guests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and follows company handbook and procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Valid Florida Driver's License required
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail are must
  • Able to communicate verbally in English preferred
  • Truck driving experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills essential.
