Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused After-Sales Engineer to support post-sales service operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting service partners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for products after delivery, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Assist in managing regional after-sales service operations and support field service activities
  • Work closely with customers and service partners to resolve product and service-related issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct on-site inspections, maintenance support, and technical training when required
  • Track, analyze, and report common technical issues, and provide feedback for product improvement
  • Support customer complaint handling and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
  • Assist in major issue escalation and participate in root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations) to improve service processes and product performance

Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3+ years of experience in after-sales support, technical service, spare parts, or battery-related industries preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EV batteries, automotive systems, or related technical products
  • Prior field service or on-site support experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
