Position Overview

The Influencer Partnerships Manager leads the strategy, performance, and execution of influencer and influencer-affiliate programs for enterprise and high-growth brands. You'll guide influencer strategy, oversee program performance, and serve as a trusted partner to clients-ensuring influencer initiatives drive measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced influencer marketer who thrives in a strategic, client-facing environment and is confident leading client conversations, shaping long-term program direction, and mentoring team members to deliver scalable, high-performing programs.

Key Tasks

Strategy & Program Leadership

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for assigned influencer and influencer-affiliate programs.
  • Develop long-term roadmaps aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Lead optimization planning, forecasting, and performance accountability.

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts.
  • Lead client calls, performance reviews, and QBRs.
  • Manage escalations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Execution & Quality Oversight

  • Oversee execution across programs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality.
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to Associate Managers and Specialists.
  • Ensure programs meet contractual obligations and performance benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Affiliate Account Management to align influencer strategy with broader affiliate programs.
  • Partner with Operations and Product teams to improve workflows, tooling, and measurement.
  • Work with Marketing teams to support integrated brand initiatives.

Team Development

  • Mentor and coach Associate Managers and Specialists.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development.
  • Help define and evolve team processes, standards, and best practices.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing complex or enterprise-level programs.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Aspire) and sub-networks (LTK, ShopMy, MagicLinks).
  • Experience within an agency, affiliate network, or brand-side influencer team preferred.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
