Affiliate Marketing Manager

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

From search engine optimization to branding and promotions, our Marketing team is the expert at spreading the Priceline message far and wide - capturing the hearts and imaginations of customers to get them to try our services, and keep them coming back for more.

Why this job's a big deal:

  • Testing & Optimization - Design and run placement, commission, incentive, and creative tests to continuously improve performance.

  • Day-to-Day Operations - Own campaign operations end-to-end: tracking, payments, coupons, compliance monitoring, and partner inquiries.

  • Data & Reporting - Monitor KPIs, surface actionable insights, and deliver weekly/monthly reports that highlight what's working and what's next.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and Product to align affiliate initiatives with broader company goals.

  • Competitive Intelligence - Keep a pulse on the affiliate landscape to inform strategy and uncover whitespace opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • A track record of growing affiliate programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

  • Flexibility to travel up to 10%

  • Passion for travel, technology, and innovation.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, CJ, Rakuten)

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
