Job description

Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple clients for an Affiliate Manager to drive and manage affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with affiliates, optimize campaigns, and ensure measurable growth for client partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow affiliate programs to drive revenue, traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and partners.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop campaigns.
  • Monitor affiliate compliance with program guidelines and contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and performance bonuses.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients on affiliate program performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs or partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten).
  • Experience with tracking, reporting, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple affiliates and campaigns simultaneously.
