Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. This role involves providing various aesthetic services, ensuring high standards of sanitation, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. The right candidate will have a strong back ground in selling products and cross selling other services the center has.
Responsibilities

  • 2 years experience required
  • 1 year of laser experience required
  • 1 year of RF Microneedling preferred
  • Perform facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, laser treatments and other skin care services
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and conducting product demos.
  • Assist in promotion through social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment focused on guest services.
  • Maintains detailed records within our EMR system concerning patient procedures, safety precautions, outcomes and other required information or treatment details
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments, including esthetic laser treatment and hair extensions.
Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in an aesthetic or med spa environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to perform sales techniques including upselling services and products effectively.
