Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Inspector Packer where you will play a crucial role in the production process by manually loading, packing, sorting, and transporting materials and products. Your attention to detail will ensure finished goods are hand-stacked and organized into precise patterns. You will also be responsible for setting up and changing film rolls on automated packaging machinery and palletizing product cartons for disposal and staging. Maintaining cleanliness and order, you will clean production equipment, work areas, and trenches, and handle scrap, dust, and debris disposal, as well as general cleaning and recycling tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and products.
- Hand-stack finished goods and organize boxes into patterns.
- Set up and change film rolls on automated packaging machinery.
- Palletize product cartons for disposal and staging.
- Clean production equipment, work areas, and trenches.
- Collect and dispose of scrap, dust, and debris; perform general cleaning and recycling tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, packing, and packaging processes.
- Proficiency in handling production lines, picking, general labor, loading, and material handling.
- Experience with pallet jack, RF scanner, inventory, order picking, unloading, palletizing, labeling, stacking, inspection, and sorting.
- Ability to conduct visual inspections and perform heavy lifting.
- Familiarity with GMP standards.

- Demonstrated ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate workplace procedures.
- Capability to meet safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English for effective training and communication.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
