You Are
A seasoned Cryptologic or Intelligence professional with extensive experience in Aerospace Operations, SIGINT, and National Tactical Integration. You bring deep knowledge of joint operations, intelligence collection systems, and policy development, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactive approach to operational improvements will make you an essential part of the AF NTI mission, contributing to both day-to-day successes and long-term strategic goals.
How You Will Make an Impact
As an Analyst III supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration( AF NTI) operations, your contributions directly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of national and tactical intelligence operations. By serving as a Subject Matter Expert, you play a critical role in shaping strategic planning, refining operational processes.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for enterprise-wide AF NTI operational processes and procedures.
  • Support AF NTI strategic planning and the development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) and other associated planning documents.
  • Coordinate AF NTI issues with host directorates, subordinate units, and external organizations.
  • Perform research and provide input for AF NTI policy, guidance, and operational summaries.
  • Maintain situational awareness via AF NTI Daily Summaries and collaborate with sister elements and ISR partners.
  • Review and update operational processes, providing Memoranda for Record (MFR) monthly to leadership.
  • Update mission continuity materials and manage Customer Service Request Portal (CSRP) Requests for Information (RFI).
  • Maintain training programs and ensure all materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Present training sessions to personnel across the Wing and subordinate units, ensuring clarity and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Track and document training progress for Wing subordinate units, ensuring compliance with required training milestones.
  • Coordinate with units to identify training gaps and recommend updates or improvements
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Here's What You Need
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Cryptologic/Intelligence Analyst, Linguist, or Collector.
  • Expertise in the following areas is required:
    • Expertise in Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes.
    • Aerospace operations planning and associated documents, like Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS).
    • National intelligence collection platforms and processes.
    • Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes.
    • Cryptologic collection, dissemination, retrieval systems, databases, and methods.
    • SIGINT collection management processes and strategies and a familiarity with other intelligence disciplines' collection management processes and strategies.
    • United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies.
    • Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with other intelligence disciplines' collection management and AF/DoD Intelligence directives.
Travel
Travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may require overtime occasionally. Evening and weekend hours as required by business need.
