in consultative, customized packaging solutions, leveraging deep technical expertise across FIBCs, container

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Key Account Manager – Aviation and Industrial Products is responsible for managing and growing

relationships with the company’s most strategic aerospace and industrial customers. The role combines account

management with hands-on ownership of customer demand, order execution, delivery performance, and day to-

day customer support.

The successful candidate will drive customer retention and revenue growth by ensuring flawless execution,

proactively managing customer requirements, and coordinating closely with operations, supply chain, and

engineering teams. Experience in aerospace, aviation, or industrial markets, preferably within the jet engine

ecosystem, is strongly preferred, along with an appreciation for the quality, precision, and responsiveness

required in mission-critical applications.

Requirements:

Account Management & Customer Relations

1. Key Account Ownership: Manage an assigned portfolio of major accounts, serving as the primary, single

point of contact to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Relationship Development: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key customers by

thoroughly understanding their unique needs and requirements.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the strategic link between key customers and internal operations

teams to ensure correct, timely product and service delivery.

Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve customer issues, challenges, or complaints to maintain

high trust and preserve long-term partnerships.

2. Sales Growth & Business Development

Revenue Generation: Drive new business acquisition across new customers and existing accounts to

consistently meet or exceed annual sales and growth goals.

Account Expansion: Continuously propose cross selling solutions with existing customers’ strategic

objectives to expand share of wallet.

Inbound Lead Management: Take the lead on incoming leads, website inquiries, and other

prospects.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and

quality teams in Cincinnati

Operational Support: Support field sales and leadership on strategic initiatives related to aerospace

and industrial accounts.

Pricing Excellence: Ensure alignment on pricing, production capacity, service expectations, and

customer priorities.

4. CRM & Pipeline Integrity

Data Management: Utilize the CRM as the single source to manage sales opportunities, maintain an

accurate pipeline, and track all key customer communications and account intelligence.


REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Communication & Interpersonal Expertise: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal

communication skills. Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and negotiate

effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.

Sales & Account Management: Demonstrated success in consultative sales, key account

management, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with complex customer needs.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability

to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Organization & Execution: Exceptional organizational skills, strict attention to detail, and efficient

time management capabilities to handle multiple account priorities simultaneously.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Commercial experience in aerospace, aviation, or industrial manufacturing environment and strong

familiarity with jet engine programs, aerospace supply chains, or MRO/manufacturing processes

preferred.

Strong understanding of U.S. commercial and military procurement processes and compliance

frameworks.

Continuous improvement orientation with a focus on measurable outcomes.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel to customer sites

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to occasionally lift, up to 10 pounds as needed.
