Job Schedule:ย 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday offย 

Job Location: Greenville, TX

Co op terms: June 2027- December 2027

Job Description: ย 

We are seeking a spring intern to begin working full-time onsite from June 2027 to December 2027 in Greenville, TX.ย 

  • Provide mechanical engineering support for both new product development activities as well as factory support of existing products
  • Work directly with mechanical designers on CAD models and part documentation
  • Generate and/or process engineering change orders (ECO's) as required

Qualifications:ย 

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering or related field.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • CAD or analysis (FEA) tools exposure, and/or experience in mechanical design or analysis of electronic systems, structures and mechanisms
  • Must be able to apply the principles of Structural Mechanics to predict internal stresses and structural instabilities
  • Familiarity with finite element methods and fatigue
