Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our inventory and material management processes. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing transactions within our ERP system, organizing materials, and ensuring production teams have the parts and supplies they need to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both computers and physical inventory, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records. While primarily focused on stockroom operations, this position will also provide support to the Shipping & Receiving department as business needs require. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter inventory and receiving data into the ERP system
  • Confirm incoming shipments and print necessary documents (labels, packing slips, etc.)
  • Assist in checking and receiving incoming parts and materials
  • Deliver items to proper locations and help organize the stockroom
  • Perform inventory transactions such as issuing, returning, or fulfilling backorders
  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and reconciliation
  • Assemble kits for production and ensure lot number traceability
  • Support packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Float between departments and support daily operational needs as directed
  • Follow all DG safety procedures and policies per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of inventory, stockroom, or receiving experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required (ERP or inventory systems experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with basic math and data entry
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
