Job Responsibilities:Perform technical planning, support design reviews, and support the development of a tool to communicate and track action items internally and with our customers.Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering, requirements, and design artifacts.Work with both technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature systems architecture content for large program designs.Conduct pre-review assessments to ensure readiness prior to formal design review.Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical).Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes for model development, tool integration, and team integration.Job Requirements:Bachelor of Science in a STEM field and 2 years of related experience OR Master of Science in a STEM field and 0 years of related experience.Active DoD Secret Clearance. Experience working along the left side of the "Systems Engineering Vee".Experience developing Systems Engineering models using the Systems Modeling Language (SysML).1 year of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices, languages, and/or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody, or MagicDRAW OR Equivalent Graduate Certificate (e.g., CalTech MBSE).1 year of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations OR Equivalent Graduate Certificate (e.g., CalTech SE Fundamentals).Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and collaboratively in a team setting.Preferred Qualifications:Object Modeling Group (OMG) Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder Fundamental Certification.Experience using the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM).Experience leading technical projects, assignments, or engineering teams.
