As an Aerospace & Defense Sales Engineer you will be focusing on promoting and selling our services to grow our brand and mission. The appropriate candidate for this position is a highly motivated, team-oriented individual capable of operating under minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive business growth by pursuing new and existing aerospace/defense accounts.
  • Selling the suite of engineering services offered by the company, including, dimensional inspection, reverse engineering, first article inspection, production inspection, third party validation, and CAD modeling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace and defense organizations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare proposals and support project acceptance.
  • Negotiate and secure NDAs, purchase orders, and long-term contracts.
  • Delivering proposals and securing Purchase Orders.
  • Traveling within your area of responsibility.
  • Performing all other sales and account support related duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • Outside sales experience. Knowledge of inspection processes, manufacturing, or engineering services preferred. Candidate must disclose any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements that are currently in effect.
  • Strong technical communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Aerospace or Power Generation Industry knowledge required.
