What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC grinding and milling equipment.
  • Machine high-precision aerospace components to demanding tolerances.
  • Read blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and make tooling/offset adjustments.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to improve processes.
  • Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma/GED
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience with CNC machining, grinding, milling, or multi-axis equipment.
  • Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills.
  • A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and desire to learn.
  • Aerospace experience preferred but not required for strong machinists.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team first mindset.
