What You'll Need
  • Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable with physical work - climbing, lifting (up to 85 lbs.), and working in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to learn.
  • Previous experience with aerial or fiber construction is a plus - but we provide training for the right candidates!
What You'll Do
  • Install, maintain, and repair overhead lines and fiber infrastructure.
  • Climb poles, work outdoors in all conditions, and operate safely with your team.
  • Troubleshoot issues and complete quality work the first time.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
