Looking for a fun, active job this summer where you can work outdoors, meet great people, and be part of a high-energy team?
At Highlands Aerial Park, we create unforgettable outdoor experiences in the mountains-and we're hiring for the upcoming season. Whether you're a student, seasonal worker, or just looking for something different than a typical job, this is a great opportunity to spend your summer outside and stay active.
No prior experience? No problem. We'll train you to be awesome.
What This Role Looks Like
As a Summer Outdoor Adventure Guide, you'll lead and support a variety of experiences throughout the park. Our team is cross-trained across multiple attractions, so you'll have the opportunity to stay engaged and learn different roles throughout the season.
You may guide or assist with:
  • Zipline tours
  • UTV (side-by-side) guided tours
  • Aerial attractions including swings and climbs
  • Kids and family adventure courses
  • Guided hikes

This is a high-energy, guest-facing role where your attitude, communication, and ability to create a great experience matter just as much as your technical skills.
