Job Description:

The AEM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This role partners with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital experiences, contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and client needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Designs and implements Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM 6.5,AEMaaCS, and Edge Delivery Services (EDS) platforms
  • Develop, test, debug, and deploy Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while following established development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams to implement approved technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve technical skills and code quality.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution efforts.
  • Identify technical risks, defects, and optimization opportunities and communicate them to technical leads.
  • Contribute effort estimates for assigned development tasks and support project delivery timelines.
  • Stay current with AEM development practices, Adobe platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise-scale AEM projects while working within established architectural and implementation guidelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.
  • Strong Java development skills and experience with Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and related AEM frameworks.
  • Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience working within cross-functional development teams delivering enterprise digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn from technical leaders and peers.
  • As part of your application, in 2-3 sentences, describe an AEM project involving multiple teams, integrations, or stakeholder groups and explain your contribution.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $95,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
