AEAs work to improve educational quality and equalize opportunities for all students within their service areas.

Assistant Executive Assistants (AEAs) often juggle multiple tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications for senior executives. One common challenge is balancing competing priorities and urgent requests from different stakeholders. Building strong relationships within the team and leveraging digital tools for task management can also help streamline workflows and reduce stress.
