Transaction Advisory Senior Associate
Job Summary:
The Transaction Advisory Senior Associate works in a team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality financial diligence and advisory services. This role focuses on evaluating financial and operational performance, preparing analyses and reports, and providing insights to clients on key transaction and business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day transaction advisory activities for buy- and sell-side engagements
  • Perform financial statement reviews, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis
  • Conduct quality of earnings and net working capital assessments
  • Analyze business and transactional performance metrics
  • Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and written analyses
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and external professionals to achieve engagement objectives
  • Assist with practice development, marketing, and client pitches as needed
  • Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, consulting, or professional services
  • Strong financial modeling, Excel, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of financial and operational data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA, CFA, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial research tools (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or in a team, and travel up to 25%
