What You Will Do

Guidehouse is executing an ambitious growth strategy for its Digital Assets capability. We are seeking anAssociate Director to leadtechnology advisory and deliveryfor Digital Asset initiatives at banks andfintechs.As an Associate Director, you will ownsolution architecture, platformselection, andend-to-endexecution across DLT-based platforms, working directly with senior client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement Leadership: Oversee delivery of client engagements andadviseon buildingblockchainproductand infrastructure

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:Collaborate with leadership ondevelopment and execution of strategic growth and new client acquisition by building andmaintainingpartner relationships with digital asset and traditional financial institutions

  • Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with Guidehouse specialty and non-specialty practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutions

  • Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members, while recruiting new talent to support this strategic growth initiative

  • Thought Leadership: Collaborate across practices to develop intellectual property and contribute to industry-leading insights

  • Executive Engagement: Manage senior-level relationships and align Digital Assets solutions to client needs, driving revenue and profitability

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor'sdegree

  • 7-10+ years of experience in FinTech,BankingTreasury, Capital Markets,or related financialand/or productroles

  • Experience deliveringblockchain or DLT platformswithin regulated financial institutions (banks, custodians, brokerdealers, market infrastructure providers)

  • Proven experience leadingbuyvsbuild decisions and vendor evaluationsand the ability to assess technical architecture, control models, roadmaps, and total cost of ownership

  • Deep knowledge ofinstitutional wallet & custodymodels, including MPCbased and/or HSMbased architectures

  • Experienceintegrating fiat on/off ramps, payment rails, exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providers

  • Experience withtokenization enginessupporting issuance, transfer, and lifecycle management of tokenized assets

  • Smart contracts(design, deployment, governance)

  • Integration withcore banking systems, ledgers, or treasury platforms

  • Experienceconnecting to public and/or permissioned blockchain networkswith understanding of node strategy, validator participation, and operational support models

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • Master's degree

  • Background in technology consulting, financial services engineering, or platform architecture

  • Experience working with banks, capital markets firms,fintechs, or digital asset platforms

  • Paymentsorchestration(on-chain/off-chain flows)

The annual salary range for this position is $162,000.00-$270,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
