Responsibilities
  • Greet clients promptly and professionally
  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
  • Listen carefully and clearly document vehicle concerns as described by the customer
  • Review vehicle history, mileage, and age to determine and recommend appropriate maintenance
  • Prepare complete and accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Establish and communicate expected follow-up times
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
  • Provide frequent and proactive updates to customers
  • Partner with technicians and service team members to support a smooth repair process
  • Verify final invoices accurately reflect the work performed on the repair order
  • Clearly explain completed services, recommended maintenance, and charges to customers
  • Deliver a premium service experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of luxury automotive service experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, service consultant, or similar customer-facing service role preferred
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, where permitted by applicable law
