Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for an Advertising Operations Coordinator to join Viant's Operations team in our Irvine headquarters. In this role, you'll support the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Viant's AI-powered omnichannel platform. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Programmatic Strategy, and Technical Operations teams, you'll help ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver efficiently, and exceed client expectations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY
  • Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch activities across Viant's advertising platform.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolutions with internal technical and operational teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign configurations, creative assets, and targeting parameters are accurate.
  • Assist with campaign optimizations by analyzing performance data and implementing recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Strategy teams to support client deliverables and execution timelines.
  • Generate campaign reports, performance insights, and operational updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign requirements, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality across the Operations organization.
  • Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
GREAT TO HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.ย 
  • 1-3 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, account coordination, digital media, or a related field.
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts including programmatic, DSPs, ad serving, targeting, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with ad tech platforms, campaign management systems, or digital marketing technologies is a plus.

In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.ย  Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
