Marketing Position
Location: Emeryville, CA

Salary Range: $100-150K Annually
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | In-Person

Job Summary
CORE Construction is seeking a Marketing position in the Bay Area for our West Coast Division. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, supporting both the leadership and business development teams in promoting our brand, communicating our mission, capabilities and strengths, while continuously finding new ways to serve our clients. The primary function of this position is to implement strategic pursuits by leading in the creation and production of editorial-quality proposals, presentations, deliverables, and top-notch events. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and graphical skills are required. This individual demonstrates servant leadership, embraces a busy and demanding workload, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Developing proposals in Adobe InDesign and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Collaborating and leading internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with client and brand standards
  • Assisting with event/conference logistics and the development and dissemination of promotional materials.
  • Drafting and editing written content for collateral
  • Maintaining organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments
  • Participating in team meetings, offering creative input for marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
  • 2-3+ years' experience in marketing is required
  • Experience in A/E/C proposals is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office applications required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Photography skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently

Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work in office 5 days per week
  • Willingness to travel as needed
