Job Title: Media Operations Coordinator / Traffic & Billing Associate Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support TV advertising operations from contract setup through billing completion. The role involves processing advertising contracts, scheduling commercial spots, managing adcopy assignments, maintaining programming schedules, and ensuring accurate execution of campaigns within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Process, import, update, and maintain advertising contracts in the traffic & billing system Manage contract revisions, pre-emptions, and adcopy assignments Schedule commercial spots and monitor campaign fulfillment Generate and analyze operational reports for accuracy and performance tracking Maintain television programming and break structures as required Coordinate with internal teams to resolve scheduling or programming discrepancies Ensure timely processing of next-day start contracts and adcopy instructions Maintain electronic and paper documentation accurately Requirements High School Diploma / Graduate or equivalent experience 0โ€“2 years of experience in operations, media, scheduling, or data processing preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer systems Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills
