Job description

This position typically starts around $48,000 and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and fulltime employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. 

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing engaging social media content to promote the casino's brand, entertainment offerings, promotions, and guest experience. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and visitation through strategic and creative digital storytelling.

Working closely with the Marketing team, this position supports a variety of marketing initiatives including special events, promotions, player programs, and on-site activations. The Social Media Specialist monitors trends, interacts with guests online, and ensures all content aligns with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.

This role requires flexibility, with variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support live events, promotions, and real-time content opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 

  • Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
