Job description

The Internal Recruitment Manager & HR Coordinator reports to the Chase Executive Team and works closely with the Human Resources (HR) Manager and regional Managing Directors. This role is focused on identifying and securing top talent for Chase while providing HR support for all of our offices including (LA, NY, and Bristol, UK). The Recruitment Manager will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This position will play a key role in ensuring that Chase attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the creative industry.

Specific responsibilities include:

Recruitment:

  • Partner with Global Director, and Managing Directors and & hiring managers in each studio to define role requirements, forecast hiring needs and proactively develop pipelines
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for full-time, freelance, and internship roles
  • Build and maintain a pipeline/ database of talent
  • Track candidates via Workable, our ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Actively search for candidates on LinkedIn and relevant platforms. Note: In this role, the ideal candidate will leverage their own network and industry connections to identify and attract talent, rather than relying on external recruiters
  • Attend industry networking events, design fairs, and portfolio reviews to source talent and increase visibility for Chase in each location. Must be able to travel to other studios, approximately 1-2 trips per year
  • Coordinate and lead candidate experience[MH2] , ensuring timely communication and
    a high-touch process that reflects our values and culture
  • Maintain freelancer databases with details including rates and availability
  • Understand and stay on top of industry trends related to organizational structure, role requirements, and compensation (including benefits and salaries)
  • Provide recommendations to enhance Chase's profile and stay competitive among competitors within our industry   

HR Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR questions and issues, escalating to the HR Manager as needed 
  • Support onboarding processes for full-time and freelance hires across all offices
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance across US and UK offices
  • Assist in the administration of benefits, and policy updates as needed

  • Collaborate with HR Manager to foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging
    workplace culture
  • Collaborate with HR Manager to building a strong employer brand to attract top talent

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience recruiting within a design/branding agency,
    or advertising agency environment
  • Strong network of candidates in the branding and design industry is a plus mandatory
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design industry recruitment , preferably across multiple offices
  • Familiarity of US and UK HR recruitment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance recruitment priorities with minor HR coordination administrative responsibilities
  • Proficient with Mac OS (we are a Mac/Apple environment)
  • Passionate about building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
