Xumo, a joint venture between Comcast and Charter Communications, was formed to develop and offer a next-generation streaming platform for the entire entertainment industry. The company consists of three primary lines of business: Xumo devices, Xumo Play, and Xumo Enterprise. Powered by Comcast’s global entertainment platform, Xumo devices feature a world-class user interface with universal voice search capabilities, making it easy for consumers to find and enjoy their favorite streaming content. Xumo Play is a free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) service offering hundreds of linear channels and on-demand options. Xumo Enterprise provides tools and services for content creators, distributors, and advertisers to make FAST content more accessible.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Manager, Demand Partnerships & Marketplace Development to join our Programmatic Partnerships team. This role will focus on owning and growing DSP relationships, driving demand development initiatives, and expanding marketplace opportunities across key verticals including Political and Pharma. Reporting to the Director of Programmatic Partnerships, this individual will play a critical role in accelerating programmatic revenue growth by developing deep partnerships with DSPs, agency buying teams, curated marketplaces, and data/targeting partners. The ideal candidate has strong DSP fluency, understands the nuances of CTV and FAST monetization, and can operate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and external demand partners. This role will also work closely with the Programmatic Account Manager to support deal activation, troubleshooting, optimization, and marketplace execution.

Ideal candidate will have strong DSP knowledge, optimization strategies & experience in high-value verticals; pharma & political. And passionate about finding new demand & turning opportunities into growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day relationships with key DSPs and demand partners, driving revenue growth and strategic alignment
  • Identify opportunities to increase spend through PMP creation, curated marketplace participation, audience packaging, and vertical-specific solutions
  • Develop and execute demand development strategies with DSPs, agencies, and marketplace partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace initiatives, agency buying programs, and curated inventory opportunities
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Political and Pharma advertising within programmatic and CTV
  • Partner with Sales to develop marketplace-ready packaging, targeting strategies, and messaging tailored to key verticals
  • Advise internal stakeholders on compliance considerations, buying trends, seasonal demand cycles, and marketplace expectations across verticals
  • Work with SSPs, DSPs, and data partners to create differentiated vertical offerings
  • Support and expand relationships with agency marketplaces, curated marketplace teams, and strategic buying groups
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for inclusion in agency PMP programs and curated marketplace activations
  • Help position inventory effectively within DSP and SSP marketplace ecosystems
  • Participate in client-facing conversations, marketplace strategy sessions, and demand-focused business review
  • Partner closely with the Programmatic Account Manager on deal setup, troubleshooting, pacing, optimization, and activation workflows
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Yield, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of programmatic deals and marketplace initiatives
  • Analyze spend trends, DSP feedback, marketplace performance, and supply-side opportunities to identify areas for growth
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve fill, monetization, and buyer adoption

Compensation

New York Pay Range: $139,753.49 - $209,630.23 Targeted Commission: $47,142.85 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
