The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets within a high-volume hospitality environment, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role leads and develops teams, manages costs, and supports revenue growth while upholding service, safety, and brand standards.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $50,400 - $68,000 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members; support performance management and staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial and operational goals
    Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost control
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution, service standards, and special promotions or events
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and schedules as required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operation
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol compliance
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with labor management, inventory control, and cost of goods
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
