Job description

Accounting Manager - Onsite

  • Daily monitoring of banking accounts and managing cash flow for corporate office, company-owned center and affiliate companies
  • Prepare and draft monthly Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, Property Taxes.
  • Support Area Manager in accounting/bookkeeping
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Work in conjunction with our HR to prepare and submit monthly payroll.
  • Collect and review monthly financial statements from owners, benchmark and track the financial health of the system, providing feedback when requested
  • Update and track National Advertising spend and submit monthly report to CEO and Director of Operations
  • Monthly reconciliation of credit cards and/or other various accounts
  • Gather tax information in preparation for annual company audit and CPA prepared tax returns
  • Main accounting and financial person located in this corporate office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Accounting or Finance
  • ERP system experience
  • CPA license highly desired
  • Any public accounting experience a plus

Base salary up to 100k plus benefits.
