Required Skills & Experience
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing projects.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in navigating regulatory environments and managing compliance requirements within advertising is a plus (not mandatory).

  • Workstream Ownership: Takes initiative and accountability for project success from conception to completion, driving outcomes and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Project Management Leadership: Lead and manage complex advertising projects, defining scope, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Agency and Partner Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison with external advertising agencies and key external and internal business partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring optimal collaboration and performance.
  • Regulatory Review Oversight: Oversee the regulatory and compliance review process for all advertising materials, proactively identifying potential issues and ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards.
  • Executive Level Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations, articulating campaign strategies, performance, and key insights to senior leadership.
