Job description

The Digital Advertising Manager is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns that generate new patient leads and appointments for Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontic practices.

This role will primarily focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads while supporting expansion into channels such as YouTube, Reddit, display advertising, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management experience and enjoys driving measurable growth through testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and locations
  • Manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Build, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Local, and other campaign types
  • Conduct keyword research, audience development, and competitive analysis
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimizations
  • Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize performance
  • Develop and execute testing strategies across ad copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers

Analytics, Attribution & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution systems
  • Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are functioning properly across all platforms
  • Partner with operations and marketing leadership to evaluate lead quality and marketing effectiveness

Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

  • Partner with internal and external resources to improve landing page performance
  • Support A/B testing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead quality
  • Work closely with website, content, and SEO resources to improve campaign performance

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, content, social media, and operations teams
  • Collaborate with agency and vendor partners
  • Document and improve marketing processes, workflows, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of digital advertising or performance marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable performance goals
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and bidding strategies
  • Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms
  • Ability to apply AI tools to research, analysis, campaign optimization, content development, and workflow efficiency
