Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms as applicable
  • Develop campaign structures, targeting, keyword strategies, bidding approaches, budgets, and conversion goals based on business objectives
  • Design the creative behind those campaigns — digital ads, email campaigns, product listings, lookbooks, and social content — maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels
  • Direct or produce photorealistic lifestyle and product photography for use in campaigns and on the website
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing to improve lead volume, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
  • Test audiences, keywords, creative, copy, calls to action, landing pages, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Maintain conversion tracking, pixels, tags, UTMs, and attribution standards
  • Prepare performance reports and translate campaign data into clear findings and recommendations
  • Support e-commerce and marketplace listings (e.g. Bloomingdales.com and similar channels) with polished imagery and layouts
  • Stay current on platform updates, advertising trends, and design best practices

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and graphic design, ideally in retail, home furnishings, or a luxury/lifestyle category
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong portfolio showing both performance-driven ad creative and brand/graphic design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, UTMs, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical, copywriting, organizational, and project-management skills
  • Photography and photo retouching skills, or experience directing photo shoots, a plus
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications appreciated
