Overall Objective

The purpose of this role is to lead the creative vision and visual execution of integrated campaigns by developing compelling, results-driven creative that strengthens brands, drives engagement, and supports client business objectives across traditional, digital, and social-first channels. The Associate Creative Director, Art operates under the general direction of the Group Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer, providing creative leadership from concept through production, ensuring the highest standards of design, craftsmanship, and brand consistency. This role combines strategic thinking with hands on art direction, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful and visually distinctive work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual development and execution of integrated campaigns across all media channels.
  • Create breakthrough concepts that align storytelling, brand objectives, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain high standards of design excellence, visual storytelling, and creative craft.
  • Art direct and oversee the production of visual assets, including photography
  • Guide projects from concept through production, ensuring quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Drive social first creative with a strong understanding of audience behavior, creator culture, trends, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop platform specific content and visual storytelling approaches for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver strategically sound and visually compelling creative solutions.
  • Support new business efforts through innovative thinking, strong presentations, and creative leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, social agency, design firm, or integrated marketing environment.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating art direction, conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, integrated campaign development, and high-quality design execution.
  • Strong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout, photography, motion design, and content creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma, After Effects, and related creative tools is a plus.
  • Experience directing photo shoots, video productions, content creation, or other visual production processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, social content creation platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
