Position Overview:

Ten Fifty B is an affordable housing community comprises of 229 units in San Diego, CA. The Leasing Agent duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Property Manager.

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company with communities throughout California, specializing in all aspects of multifamily affordable housing since 1993.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General office duties
  • Show units to perspective residents
  • Distribute brochures and information about property
  • Assist with advertising vacant units
  • Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising
  • Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of property management
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
  • Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent
  • General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations
  • Experience with Yardi Systems
