Position Description: Our New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests to the community.
  • Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management.
  • Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites.
  • Understand in-depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites.
  • Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting.
  • Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build & maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales
  • Proven metrics and sales results (e.g. percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments).
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Must be a strong team collaborator.
  • Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
  • An active real estate license may be required in some markets.
