Adventure Tours is a growing luxury charter bus and transportation company with operations across MD, NC, NY, PA, and VA. We are a leading provider of motor coach transportation services with headquarters in Accokeek, MD.


We are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on growing the business through partnerships, market expansion, relationship management, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, improving processes, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage and respond to inbound business inquiries and requests

  • Support proposal and bid development for corporate and government contracts
  • Assist in refining business development and marketing strategies
