Adventure Tours is a multi-location motor coach company operating across the East Coast, built on strong execution, reliable service, and disciplined operations. We move thousands of passengers daily across charter, shuttle, and line run services, and our dispatch team plays a critical role in keeping everything on schedule and running efficiently.

Requirements:

What Youโ€™ll Do


โ€ข Manage daily dispatch for motor coach operations across charter, shuttle, and line run services
โ€ข Assign drivers and equipment to scheduled trips and adjust coverage as needed
โ€ข Communicate directly with drivers throughout their shifts to support safe, on-time service
โ€ข Monitor trips in real time using dispatch/GPS systems and make operational adjustments
โ€ข Track driver hours and ensure compliance with DOT/HOS regulations
โ€ข Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and leadership to keep service running efficiently
โ€ข Respond to delays, breakdowns, and service issues with quick, effective solutions
โ€ข Document incidents, delays, and operational updates in dispatch systems
โ€ข Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and daily dispatch activity
โ€ข Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed to support daily service execution


What Weโ€™re Looking For


โ€ข Dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations experience preferred
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in real time
โ€ข Strong communication skills with the ability to direct and support drivers clearly
โ€ข Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
โ€ข Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
โ€ข Experience using dispatch, scheduling, or GPS/telematics systems is a plus
โ€ข Understanding of DOT/HOS regulations is a plus
โ€ข Motor coach, transit, or passenger transportation experience strongly preferred
