Job description

Adventure Vault is seeking a fun, outgoing, energetic, and hardworking individual with a big personality to join our team as a Game Master! As the first point of contact with our customers and the last person they see before leaving, the Game Master is a key player in ensuring a memorable escape room experience.

Key Function:

Game Masters are the face of Adventure Vault, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to customers in both our escape room and VR arcade attractions. This role involves engaging with customers from check-in to debrief, running live games, answering phones, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring our guests leave with lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in customers; assist with waivers and other customer needs.
  • Explain game rules and ensure customer(s) questions and concerns are addressed.
  • Monitor escape room and/or VR sessions while providing helpful hints as needed.
  • Reset rooms and/or VR stations and sanitize equipment between sessions.
  • Respond to chats, phone calls and emails using our software.
  • Maintain clean and organized rooms, lobbies, and bathrooms.
  • Upsell additional sessions and encourage social media engagement.
  • Assist customers courteously and resolve minor concerns on the spot.
  • Any additional tasks requested as the business evolves.
