Wholesale Marketing Manager, GTM

Portland, OR

Job Summary

The Wholesale Marketing GTM Manager develops and elevates internal and external presentations supporting sell-in and sell-through, ensuring materials are aligned with brand strategy and visually compelling. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality marketing assets that support business and brand objectives. The role executes production utilizing established brand and wholesale toolkits for in-store and digital marketing initiatives across a wide range of key wholesale accounts, applying an understanding of brand strategy to strengthen brand visibility and sell-through performance. The role also executes key sell-in GTM toolkit deliverables for account partnerships, events, and trade show activations.

Essential Functions

  • Prepares and delivers internal and external presentations for seasonal milestone and account-facing meetings, ensuring materials are accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with established brand standards.
  • Adapts global seasonal GTM toolkits into market-relevant digital marketing assets for paid media and social channels, applying established brand guidelines and wholesale partner requirements.
  • Executes seasonal in-store wholesale marketing initiatives across North American key accounts, applying established programs and plans to support brand presence and sell-in and sell-through objectives.
  • Partners cross-functionally with US Marketing and other internal teams to deliver visual solutions for marketing projects, managing timelines and deliverables to support seasonal and in-season business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in marketing, wholesale/channel marketing, trade marketing, brand marketing, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to create cohesive and visually compelling presentation decks
  • Proficiency and expertise in creating best in class GTM presentation and toolkits for sell in and sell through for commercial and regional marketing partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to produce high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and retail environments (DTC and wholesale).
  • Understanding of brand standards and product storytelling, with outdoor/technical experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail across both visual and written content, including copyediting and quality control, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with accountability for driving work to completion.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and contribute to internal and external-facing materials.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives.
  • Awareness of current trends, tools, and best practices in retail and digital marketing, applying insights to enhance creative output and execution.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to evolving business needs.
  • Wholesale account management skills are a plus.

Travel Required: Yes, 5% of the time

Base Salary: $83,500 - $88,000

Work Location: Hybrid

This role is based in the Portland, OR area and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Portland office and generally work on-site four days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
