Job description

Location Overview
Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri's 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Camp Sarika, with its 10 tented pavilions, answers the region's call to adventure. An unrivalled base for exhilarating expeditions and fireside connection, the camp has its own restaurant, lounge and spa suites.

Role
At Amangiri, we create transformative journeys where every detail is carefully crafted. The Experience Team Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Experience Team, ensuring seamless coordination of guest activities, special events, and vendor relationships. This role requires a highly organized, guest-focused leader who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional service while driving operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the Experience Team in creating and coordinating bespoke guest itineraries and activities.

Oversee vendor management, ensuring all partners deliver Aman-quality experiences.

Manage the booking system, ensuring accuracy of activities, itineraries, and billing.

Coordinate out-of-house group events, including pricing, execution, and F&B components.

Recruit, train, and mentor Experience Advisors to deliver personalized guest service.

Ensure all guest itineraries are accurate, including spa, custom, and resort activities.

Confirm and reconfirm all daily events, coordinating with vendors and transportation.

Maximize guest satisfaction while meeting financial and budget targets.

Participate in the Manager on Duty (MOD) program as required.

Support departmental operations, payroll, and office administration.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' management experience leading people and processes.

Proven success in guest experience, event coordination, or luxury hospitality.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Positive, engaging, and energetic leadership style.

Clean driving record; ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying climates.

Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.

Benefits

At Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success. We offer a range of benefits to support both your personal and professional growth across existing and upcoming destinations. From exciting development opportunities to competitive compensation, we prioritise and support your career journey, making you feel valued, included and at home.

Paid time off and sick leave.

Complimentary colleague meals during shifts.

Uniforms.

Access to on-site wellness and recreational activities.

Employee rates on Aman stays, spa treatments, and retail products.

Opportunities for internal advancement and training.

A unique, serene workplace in a remote desert location.

Colleague recognition programs and social events.

If you thrive in an ultra-luxury environment and are passionate about hospitality while delivering warm and discreet service, we invite you to join us on our journey.
