Job description

Food Service Manager

Starting pay: $17.95/hr. - $19.95/hr. with both career and growth opportunities!

  • Flexible Schedule:Our 24/7 stores require your flexibility, including potentially working on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Engage effectively with Team Members and provide outstanding customer experiences through strong communication skills.
  • Collected & Composed:Remain calm and collected under high pressure situations while still delivering extraordinary customer service.
  • Effective Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize & analyze an issue while creating effective solutions.
  • Foodservice: 2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).
  • ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

About the Job:

  • Lead by Example: Be a team player by fulling & overseeing all tasks and duties required of Team Members.
  • Team Development:Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
  • Facility Maintenance:Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
  • Operational Excellence:Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

Physical Requirements

  • This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
