Job description

Alpine Overland is specialty dealership focused on premium Toyota trucks and SUVs, custom overland builds, and high-end off-road/adventure inventory. We offer a collaborative, honest culture with direct access to ownership and real opportunity for growth.

Were hiring an experienced Finance Manager / F&I Specialist to run the finance office, structure deals, manage lender relationships, and ensure compliance. This primarily F&I-focused role includes some crossover into sales: supporting showroom associates, assisting with customer handoffs, and at times engaging leads and closing deals. Compensation includes a base salary plus aggressive, uncapped commission and backend on F&I products and vehicle gross.

Responsibilities

- Lead F&I operations: desk deals, pull credit, structure and price deals, prepare finance packages, and complete loan signings.

- Present F&I products (extended warranties, GAP, protective coatings, accessory/gear financing) using menu-style presentations.

- Manage lender relationships: submit portfolios, negotiate terms, and maintain approved lender panels.

- Ensure compliance: prepare accurate contracts, DMV paperwork, and federal/state regulatory documentation; maintain audit-ready records.

- Oversee F&I reporting, reconciliation, and backend accounting.

- Train and support sales associates on deal structuring, documentation, and F&I product fundamentals.

- Provide sales support: follow up on warm leads, assist with walkarounds and test drives when needed, and close deals in coordination with sales team.

- Use DMS, lender portals, and CRM to manage workflows and customer follow-up.

- Maintain high customer service standards to build long-term relationships and repeat business.


Requirements

- 2+ years experience in automotive F&I or finance management (dealer F&I, bank relations, or equivalent).

- Proven ability to structure compliant deals, maximize backend, and present F&I products ethically.

- Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit scoring, and menu/presentation software.

- Familiarity with DMS systems, lender portals, and CRM tools.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and accounting skills.

- Valid Utah drivers license with a clean driving record. .

-Knowledge of or passion for Toyota trucks (Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner) and off-road/customization culture is a plus-Crossover into sales required

-Proven ethical sales track record with strong closing and customer-service skills.

- Spanish language skills are a plus.
