Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two licensed physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all dedicated to providing clients with high-quality, evidence-based therapy. Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, ensuring that we can focus on providing the best possible outcomes without the constraints of government-funded programs.

This role requires on-site work within our modern rehabilitation facility in McLean. You will operate in a collaborative and supportive environment, equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities to enhance patient recovery. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their specific rehabilitation needs and design individualized care plans.
• Engage with patients to recognize and fulfill their therapeutic goals while maintaining a patient load that allows for optimal attention—typically averaging one patient per hour.
• Leverage your expertise to deliver cost-effective treatment options focused on improving motion and mobility, prioritizing non-surgical approaches when possible.
• Teach patients proper exercise techniques and rehabilitation protocols, motivating them throughout their recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effects, and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with legal and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Many patients are highly motivated and eager to return to their previous levels of activity, which allows for rewarding interactions as you help them navigate their rehabilitation journeys.

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills, with the ability to apply various treatment methodologies effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and credibility with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in developing customized exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management processes.

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly preferred, as it directly aligns with our patient population.
• Previous work in a similar facility or collaborative healthcare environment would be beneficial.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
