Adventist Physical Health Rehabilitation is a premier orthopedic outpatient practice located in a modern, state-of-the-art facility spanning 5,000 square feet. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and resources, fostering an environment tailored for comprehensive sports medicine and rehabilitation care. Our team comprises experienced professionals dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care, focusing primarily on patients with private medical insurance.

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The practice environment is collaborative, encouraging team interaction among two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Assess and identify individual patient goals and needs through thorough evaluations and consultations.
• Manage an efficient patient load of one client per hour, maximizing time for personalized treatment.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans and interventions tailored to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and modalities to enhance patients' motion, mobility, and strength.
• Encourage a proactive approach in minimizing the use of medications by exploring holistic and non-surgical treatment alternatives.
• Create supportive fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' specific rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided.
• Provide motivation and encouragement throughout the treatment process, ensuring patients stay engaged in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, while maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.

Our patient demographic primarily comprises individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries and post-surgical recovery. • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Ashburn, Virginia, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills combined with proficiency in creating effective exercise routines tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT is crucial for maintaining patient documentation and communication.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Experience in developing comprehensive care plans utilizing diverse treatment methodologies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
