Practice Overview

ADVENT is a physician-led, ENT sub-specialized practice redefining how nose, advanced sinus and sleep care is delivered. With a team of 19 physicians and 62 advanced practice providers across six states and 39 practices, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the ModMed EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, outpatient-only position
  • Monday Friday, 40 hours/week
  • No evenings
  • Minimal to no call
  • No hospital or inpatient call
  • Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually
  • Collaborative team environment with strong APP support
  • Replacement position with immediate patient base


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $400,000, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion
  • Base salary + RVU unlimited earning potential (avg $650k-$700k year 1)
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • 401(k) retirement plan
    • 22 PTO days plus paid holidays
    • 5 days of CME with additional funding
    • Medical malpractice with tail coverage
    • License and DEA reimbursement


Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
  • MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
  • No visa sponsorship available
