We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging Excel, PowerPivot, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong ability to manage data, create reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel models, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and PowerPivot dashboards.
  • Design and create dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data insights.

Business Insights

  • Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations in data to identify opportunities for potential sales.
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations.
  • Provide forecasting data based on trends.

Data Management

  • Manage and maintain data repositories, ensuring security and accessibility.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing data processes using Excel macros, VBA, and Power Query.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide training to team members on how to use Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel functionalities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, PowerPivot, Power Query, and macros).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report creation.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
